The Testing Lab is based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We act as a "one stop shop" environmental, health & safety, and building compliance testing and consultancy company. We have two purpose built labs for our in-house testing for asbestos, geotechnical, soils & water. We are UKAS accredited and registered with the Legionalla Control Association, Chas, Once For All and Constructionline. Our clients span across both the private and public sectors, including local authorities, education, healthcare, hospitality and more.
Asbestos Services: Surveys, bulk material analysis, air testing, soil testing, and consultancy for asbestos compliance in buildings.
Legionella & Water Management: Water system risk assessments, testing, and compliance services (LCA-registered).
Geotechnical Testing: UKAS-accredited soil and material testing for construction and civil engineering projects.
Environmental & Safety Testing: Includes radon testing, Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC), and other assessments relevant to building safety.
Specialist Structural Testing: Non-accredited services such as Mundic Block and Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) testing.
